SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
To setup your voice mail box, have a greeting and a four-digit pass code ready. The setup can be done two ways. You can either call from a landline phone or from your cellular phone. The setup does take a few minutes to complete.
FROM A LANDLINE
Dial the Voice Mail Check-In Service Line (325-217-0006). You will be asked to input your voice mailbox number (your cellular number with the area code). When you hear the computer voice begin, press the star (*) key. You will now be in the setup menu. The system will guide you through setting up your pass code, personal greeting, and name. When finished setting up your personal greeting, press the pound (#) key and continue the setup. Once completed, you may exit the system by hanging up.
FROM YOUR CELLULAR PHONE
Dial the Voice Mail Check-In Service Line (325-217-0006 or press and hold the one (1) key until your phone starts dialing).The system will recognize your number and guide you through setting up your pass code, personal greeting, and name. When finished setting up your personal greeting, press the pound (#) key and continue setup. Once completed, you may exit the system by hanging up.
If the system does not recognize your number upon call in:
Dial the Voice Mail Check-In Service Line (325-217-0006). You will be asked to input your voice mailbox number (your cellular number with the area code). When you hear the computer voice begin, press the star (*) key. You will now be in the setup menu. The system will guide you through setting up your pass code, personal greeting, and name. When finished setting up your personal greeting, press the pound (#) key and continue the setup. Once you have completed the setup, you may exit the system by disconnecting the call.
RETRIEVING MESSAGES
You can retrieve messages from a landline or your cellular phone.
FROM A LANDLINE

When you hear the computer voice or your recorded greeting begin, press the star (*) key. The system will prompt you to input your pass code and check your messages.
FROM YOUR CELLULAR PHONE
Dial the Voice Mail Check-In Service Line (325-217-0006 or press and hold the one (1) key until your phone starts dialing).The system will recognize your number and prompt you to input your pass code and check your messages.
