Setup Instructions

  1. Access the URL directly or from the MTC website. The URL is https://ebpp.mid-texcellular.com/
  2. On the left hand side of the page, find “Create a new account” and click on it.
  3. Enter your account number located on your bill.
  4. Enter your last name. If you are entering a business name, it’s possible the entire business name may have to be typed into the “Last Name” field.
  5. Enter last four digits of your social security number. If you do not have a social security number, please call our business office for further instructions at 1-800-695-0150.
  6. Enter e-mail address. E-mail address can be changed at anytime.
  7. Enter a defined username which must match the username submitted to Mid-Tex Cellular for account security purposes. If the username is already in use on the system then a message will display. Please call 1-800-695-0150 if a username has not been submitted to Mid-Tex Cellular.
  8. Next, enter a unique password which must match the password submitted to Mid-Tex Cellular for account security purposes. The password is entered twice for verification. Once the account has been created, the password can be changed at any time. If the password has not been submitted to Mid-Tex Cellular, please call 1-800-695-0150.
  9. At this point, the account setup is complete and a direct link to the account is provided.
  10. Once in the online account, click on preferred options located on the left hand side of the page.
  11. Account Information: Services on the customers’ account are displayed.
  12. When ”View” is clicked, current call logs and text message logs for the current billing cycle are displayed.
  13. At the bottom of “Account Information,” there is an icon that can be clicked to view past bills. Select the bill date from the drop down box and click on “View Bill.” Bill image will be provided for at least the last three months.
  14. Bill Payment: Online payment can be made two ways – credit card or by electronic check. The credit card option will ask for information specific to the card being used. The electronic check option will ask for bank routing number and bank account number.
  15. Once the payment has been made, a receipt can be printed.
  16. Profile Maintenance: Profile and security questions/answers can be setup and monitored. Password and answers to security questions must match account security information submitted to Mid-Tex Cellular. If this information has not been submitted to Mid-Tex Cellular, please call 1-800-695-0150.
